My experience was satisfactory. The cashier assisted once she finished what she was doing (there were 2 cashiers). She took note of how I wanted my coffee, and the person who made it followed the instructions. The tequeño was well made and had lots of cheese, a rare thing in Miami despite this being a Latin appetizer. Store at AA terminal D.

I’m Colombian and this “Juan Valdez” is bad. The taste of de coffee was good, but nothing compared to a real Juan Valdez in Colombia, also I ordered an Arepa, terrible, the taste was nothing, tasteless. I love Juan Valdez but this one is bad

So happy that we have Juan Valdez in the U.S.!!! 🇨🇴🤠☕
Being Colombian and right when I order they don’t have any kind of nevado or Frappuccino after 4 pm. Very disappointed to be so happy to see Juan Valdez then to be so sad when they don’t have what we wanted!!
food is bad
The worst service and treatment in the world. This review is for the owner. I just wanted to ask for more sweets for my coffee. I've never been treated so badly in any coffee shop. His employees don't deserve the place. It was a rip-off and poor service. Guys no en serio el peor servicio
When you're at MIA, here is place for your quick bite, great selection of pastries, sandwiches, sodas and cafe. Service is friendly and professional. As you expecy prices in an airport are higher, but it's totally worth. I recommend.
I came in april 12th to buy some things for my kid and as I am being checked out, my kid and brother saw something on the little counter oven that they wanted, and the cashier with an attitude complained in spanish( the store was empty at this point, so is not like she was waiting to attend someone else) , not knowing I know spanish 🙂 so I said in spanish “since it bothers her that we want to buy more stuff, don’t get nothing”, at the end of the day is not my loss, it’s the business loss because I did not walk in to the store asking for anything free or for any favor, and why would I bother spending my money to buy something if it bothers you to sell it to me.
Mañita más fea que se tienen los latinos queriendo hablar en español y pensar que porque el cliente no luce como el “típico latino” pueden actuar y decir los que les venga en gana.
Spotted this on my way to my gate and decided to try it out. Service was quick and friendly, not too crowded or busy and the coffee was great! It was a nice average made coffee, nothing that jumped out or was exciting but overall just a good cup. I’d try it again for sure!

Great colombian coffe
Coffee was excellent. The cachito tasted like an airplane cachito if there was such a thing. Definitely will stop again for coffee and maybe choose something less complex.
Stopped here for a quick coffee during my short layover and was so impressed!
They were busy but I still didn’t have to wait long for my drink- I tried the arequipa latte (or dulce de leche) and it was fabulous. It was sweet but not too much and the perfect pick me up after a super early morning at the airport.
The workers were kind and it was a cute kiosk- their bakery items looked great as well and I’d definitely like to try the food whenever I make it back to the Miami airport.
Wonderful great service amazing coffee fun location
I ordered a vanilla cinnamon latte and specifically asked to half the syrup. The person taking my order was barely paying attention to me. It was so overly sweet I had to throw the whole thing away.
