⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ K&K Billiards is hands down one of our favorite places in Miami. We regularly hold our work meetings here, and they always go above and beyond to accommodate us. On one occasion, they even brought the chef in four hours earlier than scheduled just to cook for our group — that alone says everything about their level of service. The staff is incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. The atmosphere is great, the bathrooms are always clean, and everything is well maintained. The people here are amazing, the service is top-tier, and the overall experience is always excellent. This place is awesome. Highly recommended. I truly love the people at K&K Billiards.

The staff is so amazing and friendly, food is great, drinks are great and visiting from far out of town, I already decided I’m coming back when I visit again soon! I stopped in on Wednesday night karaoke and had the most amazing time! I never felt so at home in another city than I did here! Although many people won’t see this, the karaoke host, the singers, the bartenders, the patrons and all made me wish I lived in Miami! From NY, I will definitely be coming back here!

Yikes.. It was moderately busy and I was ignored when trying to pay to use a pool table. Once I was finally addressed, there weren’t any tables available except the one that requires quarters, but did not have any pool sticks with it. The staff didn’t try to provide one either. Glad I didn’t waste any money here. Enjoy your visit though 👎

Went there last night — the food was great, and the space was super enjoyable for playing billiards. However, when it was time to pay, the staff mistakenly gave my boyfriend’s ID and credit card to someone else. They told us the person had already left, which was obviously frustrating.
To make up for the mistake, they said they’d cover our food and the time we spent playing. The next day, they were able to contact the other person and retrieve the ID and card, so we went back to pick them up.
But when we arrived, they told us we still had to pay for the time from the night before. Instead of honoring their word, they only offered 25% off and an hour of free play for another visit. That’s not what we were told, and honestly, it felt like poor handling of a situation that was their fault to begin with.
We won’t be coming back
