I visited this location while working in Miami for several weeks. Ordered a bowl with brown rice, beef, seaweed salad, plantains and cucumber. The beef was dried out like it had been sitting for way to long, and the brown rice was very hard like it hadn't been cooked long enough. This was around 530pm which in my opinion should mean that everything would be hot and fresh for people ordering dinner. The plantains and other toppings were tasty but the bulk of the bowl just wasn't very good. It's a cute little place but I wouldn't recommend it at this time.

Cool vibe, with hip surroundings and music, also nice and clean like you want your poke place to be. More importantly the fish was very fresh. Service was pleasant and efficient. My only suggestion would be to get some imported Asian beers if you're going to be serving okay. Estrella Damm works will work in a pinch though

I liked Kai - Poke Shop because of the quality of the food, proximity to my location, and the efficiency in which the food was put together (I got a tuna bowl). I just wanted to try something new for a quick lunch and this was perfect. Only draw back was price but it is in a great location in Brickell so I understand.

Not good quality tuna nor salmon. If you want good quality poke salmon or tuna this isn’t it.

Wish I was able to not give any stars! The food looked so pretty but I got instant food poisoning! Would never order from here again.

Having lived in Los Angeles for over 14 years, we know a little about Poke. Kai’s Poke is alright, but if you’re expecting Hawaiian poke this is not it. It is pricey for what you get, and if you order for pickup from one of the apps, expect to go in and get your order made when you check-in. Read the pother reviews, they are not on top of the app orders.

Food is ok. Internet is bad

Low quality ingredients. Pricy. Very far from what a poke bowl is

This is the worst poke bowl that I have ever had in the area. Ordered a salmon and tuna poke with brown rice and mango and it was disgusting. Salmon was not fresh at all really fishy tasting as probably previously frozen and nasty looking. Brown rice was hard and undercooked. Total rip off for $28.00. Cannot even believe they would send this out to a customer.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I ordered a salmon poke bowl with brown rice. The rice was so hard. I thought I was going to break my teeth. My sister ordered the same thing but she had tomatoes in hers that were about to go bad. So overall, food was not fresh at all and they didn't seem to be aware about the quality of their food.

Small portions, over priced, rice was dry, seaweed salad frozen. Not worth it

Worst Poke I have ever had! Rice was burned. Tuna was frozen solid. On top of that it was overpriced. Just hoping not to get food poisoning...

Average poke, good but nothing special to mention

We placed an order online for a pickup. When we got there, they had forgotten about it, which may happen. However, instead of apologising - or at least be kind - the lady was very rude. Also, apparently the salad was over, so she just used rice instead, without even saying it. The food was dry - zero sauce - and quality of the ingredients was average to be kind. Do no ask for the crunchy tortillas on top, as they were old and soggy.

They serve very good fried chicken. Pre covid we tried to come here a couple times but never followed thru because it was hard to find parking and queue line was crazy long, so no thx.
