Really nice bakery. Very clean. The service was very good. Great colada and empanadas. Has all the typical Cuban bakery food goodies! Also has parking on site.

Lady didn’t acknowledge a gentlemen and me, standing there like we were invisible, talking to another person and then a big issue with the register, standing there 5 minutes gentle and me just walked out. Horrible no customer service at all. Two employees at the time it was around 10:25am 12/16/2023 Saturday.

Have not been to Karla Bakery in years. I decided to go because of a Promo that kept being shown in social media. Buy one "Cuban sandwich and get another free". For $10.00 you get the name "Cuban" and that was all. The "Cuban Sandwich" was not even on real Cuban bread. The meager barley 2 slices of ham and barely a thin slice of pressed pork and low-quality Swiss cheese was a very poor use of the name "Cuban Sandwich". You soon realize why they need to run these promos that really are not promos but a means to bring someone into the "bakery". I did have a cheese pastelito and it was good. Overall, the pastelitos looked very good but a big NO on their sandwiches. I will only go back, maybe, for the pastelitos and coffee. BTW, the sandwish seemed to be refrigerated and then microwaved because the total time to give me my order took 5 minutes even after I told the attendant to please have them both extra toasted.

Visiting from Texas and just had the best experience at Katla's Bakery. Very pleasant atmosphere, clean, and open. The food and pastelitos look great and the service is prompt and very friendly.
