Absolutely INSANE charges! They charge 18% Service Charge as a TIP & stated to me “everyone pays it” Good thing I asked before we tipped our usual 25% & up on top of that!!!! BEWARE!!! Even on take outs or if you go in & pick up a slice of cake to go!!! Also as i pay as you leave they ask you to ADD on more $$$$ as a TIP!

They charged me a large party fee on Thanksgiving. There was only 2 of us. My $50 bill was inflated to $100 in fees alone. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE. THEY DON'T EVEN PAY THE WAIT STAFF ACCORDINGLY ON THESE DAYS!

I had the pleasure of being served by Maria during my visit to the restaurant, and I must say that her service was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and friendly attitude that made us feel very welcome.
Maria was attentive at all times, making sure we didn't miss anything and answering all our questions about the menu with patience and knowledge. His recommendation was perfect and showed that he really knows the restaurant's dishes. In addition, she was always attentive to our table, without being intrusive, which is a difficult balance to achieve.
What impressed me most was his positive attitude and professionalism. It is evident that he strives to provide the best customer experience possible.
