Had the fresh made crepe, chicken Caesar on that crepe, and the freshness and quality was phenomenal. Didn’t read the reviews before coming on, but good enough for an instant review. Green Detox smoothie was fresh and tasty and overall the quality of the food and service make this a must-stop healthy option.
Edit: shared a crepe with my girlfriend as the portions looked huge…and indeed we were both STUFFED! Great value too!!

Mr Ken is simply the Man with the Master Plan, I venture here frequently, multiple times in which my whole nutritional intake that said day was Ken’s healthy delights, spending easily 50 bucks on Ken’s a day.. the gym Nextdoor I’ll spend a couple hours & I get hungry, the SMOOTHIES.. wow him & the ladies behind the counter are just the Best of the Best, amazing light flavors, the Wraps 2.. quality ingredients, curated by professionals who make sure everything is done as it should be.
Mr Ken is someone who I personally admire alot, he is consistent & cares a lot not only about his work ethic but the people who decide 2 do business in HIS Establishment, he cares I’m sure about every single person who walks in his Resturant & I see it. He’d genuinely a good Human Being; That’s why I will continue 2 support him & I hope he van open 5 more Ken’s, so I can eat at all of them,

I’ve been coming here for the last five years first when I owned a business in the plaza and now as just a customer with my family, my daughter Olivia loves to come to Ken’s she’s only three but it’s one of the things that she looks forward to doing when we go to the plaza because Ken always make her feel at home and make sure to make her a plate of strawberries with Nutella and whip whipped cream ever since was born going on three years bringing her and we all still have the same warm experience every time with Ken makes you feel at home.

Coming here for years Ken is great my daughter Olivia has been coming with me and My Wife for the last three years and before that me and my wife were steady customers of Ken he always makes us feel welcome when we walk in and make sure to give my daughter strawberries with Nutella and whipped cream I honestly think this is one of the best wraps and smoothie places in Miami highly recommend everything on the menu.

Both my husband and I are health conscious about the foods we eat and we thought this was a great choice for a healthy meal for us. I had the Greek Salad which consists of mixed greens, black olives, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, green pepper, feta cheese, and Greek dressing and I added grilled chicken for protein. I don’t like the texture of tomatoes but I substituted them with sun-dried tomatoes. 😃 My husband had a California Wrap which consists of chicken, romaine lettuce, red beans, cilantro, guacamole, red onion, cheddar cheese, and chipotle ranch sauce.
Everything was delicious, and fresh. Their menu includes salads, wraps, entree crepes, breakfast crepes, bagels, dessert crepes, and smoothies! This is a great place for people who are health conscious and want to get out of their comfort zone.
This was our first time eating here and we both enjoyed it. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 😃

Good place for healthy food but went from $10.99 tuna wrap to paying $17.50 just for the wrap! No drinks or anything added.Every extra topping is $1.50 . Way overpriced for a couple black olives, some spinach leaves and banana peppers. Wrap was good but would not come back given the price!

Terrible service. I just went to pick up my order, Saturday 10:00 am and I had ordered a green detox smoothy and they charged me and when I went to pick it up they told me that they didn't have the ingredients and I had to choose another smoothie and that they couldn't refund my money
