Atmosphere and service is decent. I just don't love the super extra greasy overly salty and seasoned food there. The mashed potatoes and biscuits are great though. For fried chicken đ I prefer Popeyes honestly.

Horrible Experience With The Lady at Drive through. I Asked For Grilled Chicken and She Tells Me There Wasn't Any. Then I pull up to the window and she's telling the customer behind me that the grill chicken will be ready in 6 minutes. So I ask her why couldn't she tell me that , and she answers me , that the cook , wasn't there yet lol

Terrible service. The lady at the drive-thru service is horrible, Cuban seat. Her name was Daim... because her name is hard to see. She answers horribly. We asked her something about the order and the girl who was there first closed the window. Then the Cuban came out and practically scolded us for asking. It seems like she doesn't like working there. They should give the job to someone who does want to. I love chicken but I wouldn't go back to this branch.

I donât even know where to start with this embarrassment of a meal. I paid more than $20 for a combo that came with sides, and THIS is what I opened the box to a handful of sad, barely there fried chicken pieces that look like they came from the toddler section of the chicken family. The pieces are tiny, dry looking, and frankly just pathetic. Youâd expect at least a little generosity for twenty dollars, but no apparently that kind of money now gets you three and a half shriveled wings and some greasy disappointment. The bucket has more empty space than actual food. I had to double check the receipt to make sure I wasnât accidentally charged for a kidâs meal. Flavor-wise? Even if it tasted decent (which it barely did), the sheer stinginess of the portion and the audacity to call this a mea is insulting. Thereâs no love in this food, just corporate greed in a bucket. Do better.

Tried their Spicy Chicken Burger and was genuinely impressed. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and packed with spice. The spicy mayo and jalapeños added a real kick.
The chicken had a strange taste. Not sure what it was, restaurant needs to monitor what is cooked in the food it sales. Was the free 8 piece bucket promo.
