I placed a fairly large order. Spoke the the general manager Breena. She was so glad to assist. While I was waiting for my order I couldn’t help but notice how great of a personality she has. They way she interacts with the guest had me in awwwww. She works with a smile which I noticed her team all had smiles on there faces and all working so hard.Love this location ♥️

I went this place to buy a 16 pieces famiy meal bucket 🪣 per $52 and the 16 pieces of chicken fit in one bucket. So, you can imagine how small was it. I do not really recommend 😕 this place. They don't care about customer.
1/5/2025 12pm I went to kfc on 119 st and 7th Ave The food was horrible and cold they refused to make my food over it was a big problem with the young lady I ask to speak with a manager it took ten minutes for the manager to come with a attitude and her and the young lady was speaking a different language that I didn’t understand to tell me they not making my food over I can only get a refund when I ask the manager for her name and the other lady name she refused to give it to me none of workers or manager had a name tag to be identified and I see why they don’t wear name tags cause there customer service is the worse service I had in a long time I will love to get in contact with corporate she refused to give me corporate number I will never visit this place to eat every again
