Horrible customer service and the food they always give you is burned or extremely oily. Fast food should not take 20 minutes for it to taste bad.

Never come here, there is no bad service. After I paid for my meal, they told me that they didn't have mashed potatoes and that I had to work hard to get my money back. I don't recommend that place.

The xtra crispy when I put it in my mouth my mouth got dry my mouth never had that espirience. I eat the chiken 3 to 4 times per week. The spoke in spanish must of the time.

However, the biscuits were burnt on top the 8pc chicken meal was subpar to say the least. It was cold and dry, also ordered the 3piece original tenders meal. Cold and dry. It cost almost $40.00 definitely not worth it. I'm not returning if that's the kind of thing I can expect from location, 8683 SW Flagler Street, Miami, FL 33144
If you want chicken tenders make sure you don’t go past 8PM. Why do you have a KFC if you don’t have anything not even soda. YIKES!! Is the employees or poor management? Someone is dropping the ball here.

This place is always dirty. If you order the 3 piece all white meat they never have the 2 breast and wing. Last time I went it was 5:30 in the afternoon and could not buy what I wanted. They don’t even offer to cook it for you. A chicken place that doesn’t have chicken breast. Avoid this place. Lazy workers and very dirty dining room.
