Went to KFC on Sunday August 24 after church. I was met with the most professional and accommodating young man. His name is Jamel (spelling ??) He was very professional and polite. It was very refreshing. Thanks Jamil (spelling ??) for making my visit to KFC a pleasant one.

Food was fresh however, I didn’t get what I ordered. Either someone does not know the difference between a thigh and breast or they just decided to give me whatever they had. I was not happy once I got home. Moral of the story, check your food before you leave with your order.

This is the first time that I have been coming to this location, and the cashier was rude. Normally, the customer service is great. There was a new cashier not sure of her name, but the receipt said Cashier: Dominique, she clearly doesn't speak English and understands it very well, I believe she mainly speaks Creole. However, I don't care what language or nationality a person is or they speak,but to mess up my order, and when I tell you that's not the correct order, you get mad and frustrated. I've never had this experience, and I come to this location almost every other day. Normally, the other cashiers are pleasant and friendly.

Went here around 11:30 6/21 after work, and the lady there gave my food away that I paid for on the app to someone else, she then said there’s nothing she could do since she already gave it to someone else. Claiming someone showed her the app pickup.
She was rude and y’all stole my money. I tried to get a refund with the kfc app and it isn’t working. Absolutely ridiculous. She should’ve just gave me the order I paid for or checked properly when this person came and stole it

I don’t usually eat KFC but when I do I always order the same thing. I ordered a 3 piece tender with Mac and cheese almost 1 hour later after leaving the restaurant I had diarrhea and chills I was feeling fine all day until I ate the food. When I walked in the cashier seemed annoyed to take my order, I believe he was going on a break. After I ate my food and I was leaving I looked in the kitchen and it was not too clean, (Maybe I should have looked at that prior to ordering) now I’m home with fatigue and diarrhea with no strength to run my errands I will not be going back here

I am not really eating KFC, but some time's after a 10.5 hours at work I really need some to ate then I choose to stop by, better for my stomach then eating spicy foods, well prepared delicious mash potatoes & couple pieces of chicken also the bread so soft, not all the time's. Somehow probably after exit work tonight at 20:00 I'll stop by, I never went inside not sure of the atmosphere . So far so good also recommended.

This location is the worst ever and it's been around a long time but so much has changed over the years. Their customer service attitude are ridiculous and most of all the restaurant is poor in cleanliness. They rush your order and sometimes there's a lack of understanding the language they speak, so they will overlook or ignore you because most doesn't speak English. So, when I did get my food it was just thrown together, so after making it known to them, they brushed me off, leaving me no choice but making a customer complaint to the company Administration. I've never returned to that location.
It's been years since I ate here, and I see why. Nope I'm good

I want to start by saying that I have loved KFC for many years and I have eaten it in several countries. This is the FIRST TIME that the chicken tastes different. The flavor of their chicken is specific and the truth is that it was almost cold, ugly and tasteless. I was impressed because after going through the terrible treatment of the manager, those who work for her are afraid of her!!! I was hoping to at least sit down and eat some good chicken with the coleslaw that I love. I will not eat KFC for a while until I forget the taste of that chicken today.

I picked up some food for my dad, and the service was excellent. The place was spotless, and the young man who took our order was very accommodating, making sure all of my dad's specific requests were met. He mentioned that the food was fresh and really enjoyed it."
