The food was made fresh great job with that compared to a few years ago one lady that works there is either super rude or has anxiety issues and takes it out on the customer she should be placed in the kitchen so she doesn't have to interact with customer and provide bad customer service the older gentleman in the back does a great job making the food however I was refused service in the drive through and they took the order for the car infront of me and the one behind me which I can sue kfc taco bell for I will be contacting my lawyer the bbb and the attorney General and don't assume I didn't anything wrong I pulled into the drive thru like everyone else and waited my turn just to be ignored then rained on so once I file my report staff will be changed

Went to order today was dealt by a lady named carol or something like that. Super rude raised her voice and rolled her eyes when asked for a modification to the meal i paid for. Safe to say i’ll never be coming back here again

Food was overcooked. They sold me fried chicken that was dry and burnt. Half the store was leaking water from the roof and it took almost 10minutes for someone to take my order.

First time at BDQ and was not let down. Foods is very good and tasty. Great milkshakes and the sauces on the side are to die for. Definitely will return for more!
Love the KFC flavor, but this place was a bit old... They are under constant, and maybe they are not so busy.

I spent $27 on 2 meals and one extra side and only got one meal and the side. Then called to get a refund since I had no way to go back to the KFC & no one answers the phone and there is no vm or anything. ?

Rude workers, when you ask for 12 piece family meal they only have 6 pieces and charge you full price. Then they deny everything when you ask for a discount.
