Worst service in any KFC we have ever been to they have my wife waiting for her order for more than 1 hr after they had her park to wait for the order its really sad they came out to our car to check the receipt and the order twice to the point we really wanted our money back. Its so frustating to see how such a small task of working in a fast food restaurant can be so difficult for some people and its not hard its just they dont care the personal is very not well trained they have an attitude for gods sake is a fast food joint how you make someone wait more than an hour my wife had to get out of the car twice with our baby daughter and still the food was not ready, we will not be coming vack to this plce and i urge people to stay away is very bad worst experience we have had in a fast food joint.

I have bought a family meal grilled chicken and it wasn’t cooked RIGHT and you guys should be embarrassed of yourself of these types of actions you guys be doing to the customers and besides you guys be charging really expensive and you guys don’t do your cooking right I’m so very disappointed on you
if I could give this location 0 stars I honestly would. Firstly we waited more than 10 minutes in a empty drive tru line, when we finally got to the speaker to order we were rudely attended, not even greated.... We were told to wait for more than 10 minutes again with an empty drive tru line. When we finally got attended we ordered- drove up to the second window and weren't greated again, we're told a wrong price total, our total was $23 and we were told $45..... when questioned the woman ignored us and proceeded to charge our card. No thank you have a goodnight nothing. And it made sence why we were waiting in line with an empty line when we got to the window and say everyone in there playing around as if this was some sort of playground. The woman- rudely slammed the window twice. And to make matters worse our freeze was incorrect. horrible service.
