I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC
today. I requested eight roasted breast pieces (encuentro), which I've ordered before without any problem. However, the employee, who said he was the manager, told me they couldn't do that and that it had to be half-and-half with other parts of the chicken. I don't like wings or other cuts, I only like the breast pieces, and I've always been able to order them this way before. On top of that, the service was rude, and this isn't the first time I've had issues at this location. In the past, they've been slow, given me incorrect orders, or left items out. I didn't leave a bad review before because mistakes happen, but this was the last straw. As a customer, I deserve respect and to have my order fulfilled as requested. I checked the reviews for this place, and there are more negative ones than good. It's unbelievable that they keep hiring staff with no manners or respect for customers. I hope the person in charge of this location takes action, because from what I see, nothing is being done - negative reviews keep coming in, and the service stays the same

I will not shop in this store or in the franchise again, today I had the worst morning of my life, yesterday I bought through Uber, I ate some potatoes alone and went to work at night, I ate the chicken and went to sleep, since I I went to bed and felt terrible with pain and the urge to vomit, and from 3 am the nausea got worse and I kept vomiting, how totally disgusting! I will never recommend this place, it is the first time something like a restaurant has happened to me, I need someone to contact me! Because I'm not going to stay like this!
