I had a truly wonderful experience at this KFC thanks to an employee named Erick. I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and without hesitation, he fixed the order free of charge and did so with genuine kindness and patience. What really stood out, though, was how thoughtful he was—he wished us a great day and even took a moment to praise my son for working hard in school, which meant so much to us as a family.
Erick went FAR beyond basic customer service. His warmth, professionalism, and positive attitude turned a simple mistake into a memorable experience. Employees like Erick are what make an organization stand out, and KFC is truly lucky to have him. We will absolutely be back!☺️

Place was tremendously understaffed. Poor cashier at the front was also taking drive thru orders, floor was very wet and slipper, I had to put out the wet floor sign to spare the place from a lawsuit. Please stop cheaping out on service and hire more workers KFC!!

New managers or whoever were these 2 women are at the window are HORRIBLE. Ordered a big meal and noticed they forgot 2 Hot honey biscuits in my order. So I return to get them and they start giving me all these problems for 2 biscuits I paid for. First saying that I didnt order biscuits that I had ordered hot sauce. I said the RECEIPT SAYS 2 HOT HONEY BISCUITS. Then she starts saying its not 2 biscuits its one. That the word BiscuitS with a S in the end meant one biscuit 😂 insanity. This was all communicated in spanish by the way. Because they cant speak english. She couldn't even understand what I was saying when I first pulled up. This was on 8/4/25 at 10:30 pm.
Take those 2 ladies off the drive thru immediately. Below is my previous review from being a regular customer there a year ago when they had an amazing manager and staff.
Best KFC hands down. called in and they picked up my call which was surprising on its own, fast food places never pick up. Have been a couple of times and the night shift manager's customer service is perfect very nice guy. Rare to see in fast food.

We have “dined” at KFCs from Texas to the Florida Keys and by far this was the absolute worst we ever had. Ordered at 6:30pm and received the most dried out unflavorable chicken ever. It also took numerous attempts with the KFC order person to get the order correct.

Horrible, manager wasn't attentive. I asked for a good amount of ketchup since I got 8 pieces chicken and tenders aperantly with 4 packets of ketchup and 2 honey mustard should do it. My dad is in a home and is what he wished for today and this the service I get. Apperantly in surfing all this on my own cause no spoons or forks, barely napkins. Lovely and this the future this nation's holds.
