And once again the retards at this KFC got my SIMPLE order wrong (6years ago my 8 piece box had 6 pieces).This time I ordered a 3 piece box ONLY THIGHS and the lady turned around and gave me 2 thighs and a LEG!!!This lady can't be that stupid.I think she saw another female with a better life(I mentioned that it was to snack on my way to panama and decided to F with me out of jealousy. All the while smiling broadly to my face.she was fairskinned.wore glasses.rather thin with curly brown hair in a ponytail over 40.Also the manager took my order and he was SUPER NICE.We had a lovely conversation as I waited for my order.Can't remember his name but from Guatemala (George?).A credit to the company.Cheerful and accommodating.The place was spotless pleasant and oderless.

If I could give zero stars I would ? The crew at this establishment on Sun the 24th of Sept at 3pm is an older crew that has zero I mean ZERO customer service skills what so ever. You tell me they are a bunch of teens, which is not ok either, to not attend us as fast is one thing but these individuals should know better. They are not short staffed which was my first thought as to why there wasn’t any acknowledgement made that we were waiting to order. 6 people behind the counter and 4 of them looked at us dead in the face and not one said we will be with you in a moment or anything. When I finally had enough after about 5 minutes I said excuse me and the lady at the window looked at me and then shrugged. I understand that she is attending the drive thru however zero acknowledgement again that we wanted to order. Finally someone came when the manager was out and about. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Fast food shouldn’t take 5 or more minutes to order when there is no one in the line and only one car at the drive thru. To boot, they got our order wrong. What the heck is wrong with this place?!

There was noone at the front counter to take our order. We could see an associate named Yarenys was on her phone behind the wall. Finally, after waiting for few minutes, she came out with a straight face to take the order. Food was ok, customer service was bad.
