I love kfc chicken, but not so much the service. It's hard to hear speakers. Person taking order not very friendly or customer oriented. I tried to order a meal deal, but the short answer was nope cannot substitute. There were other deals he could have suggested but did not. Need better training.

I ordered the original chicken but it was over-fried and very bitter due to the poor quality of the oil with which it was fried, the oil is not changed and it has these bad consequences, this is happening in many KFCs.

I only come here for the chicken. The mashed potatoes from KFC has changed for the worse through the years. I can remember their potatoes were fluffy and tasty now it’s watery and tasteless.

Got a nacho fries box and my "beefy 5 layer burrito" had nothing but refried beans.. no meat no nothing just beans. The fries were extremely disappointing as well. Since they serve both KFC and Taco Bell they use KFC fries for the "nacho fries". AND ONLY 1 PERSON RUNNING THE WHOLE ENTIRE PLACE! Do yourself a favor and go to the one at the shopping center in West Kendall.
I got down thinking the order would come out correct rather than going via drive thru … well got home and my tenders magically turned into fried chicken pieces not tenders… the service was horrible, obviously short staffed … the sides were also wrong will not go back to this location

If I could rate this place at minus 10 on Hiring issues, I would!!! Disappointed, they are few professionals, disrespectful, they play with people's time, they sent my daughter an email with the date to start working with KFC, after applying, interview conducted with a Manager (Fernando) She was early. When she arrived they informed her that her name did not appear in the system, that they would call her, they never called her We return in search of definition. The young lady who identified herself as the manager took very little interest in treating and handling the situation appropriately. “I can't do anything for you.” were his words, very unprofessional!!!!!!!
