8 PM on Sunday night the store is empty and they have no chicken and they’re telling me it takes 25 minutes to cook the chicken. Not even sit down restaurants take 30 minutes to make chicken. Second time this happens, just avoid this place.

The people that work here are genuinely incompetent and never get your order correct no matter how many times you repeat yourself. It's never that busy, yet they make you wait so long just to give you the wrong order.

The cashier on duty, Sonia, served us cinnamon twists that were sprayed with some type of cleaning product. Thank God I decided to taste one before I could serve it to my daughter.
Forget the crappy food and poor service. It's UNSAFE to eat here.

I love kfc chicken, but not so much the service. It's hard to hear speakers. Person taking order not very friendly or customer oriented. I tried to order a meal deal, but the short answer was nope cannot substitute. There were other deals he could have suggested but did not. Need better training.
