My opinion: this location's primary issue is poor management. I've come to this store many times over 10 yrs. It's never sufficiently staffed, is consistently dirty inside & out, the drive-thru is a deathtrap & they waaayyy too often run out of Original Chkn!? This has left me multiple times w/2 options: settle for Crispy Chkn or just leave & go nextdoor to get a Big Mac instead.

Managers clearly need to rotate staff. The staff acts like it's some kind of roadside eatery and they're the owners. Slowly, dirty, the food is piled with cutlery that fell on the floor, it's just terrible.

I worked here for almost two months on weekends because they didn't want to give me more hours, they treat the workers badly and work with bad hygiene, reasons why the chicken turns out bad, apart from the fact that it doesn't matter what the workers say, for good, that's what the Managers believe that it is fine, it does not matter if, for example, the chicken is cooked with old oil and after trying so hard, everything was in vain, which is why they also have such poor customer service for saving 4 kilos.

I will definitely not return to this KFC.
Everything is dirty, the floor, the tables where they serve drinks, I was impressed to see a KFC like this. And the worst thing is that there is the manager and she, no one ever came out to supervise the place, you could only hear her talking to the workers inside as in a plaza or a market. The chicken was bad bad salty, it seems that the oil is not fresh. What a horrible place.

I went on July 9, I arrived around 7:50 pm and only 5 customers called so to make things easy I placed my order at the kiosk the cashier who was a lady looked at me and another customer and it was already 8:18 and Other customers arrived after us and the cashier served me and the other customers less. The other girl went to ask and the cashier looked at her with a bad face and saw her from head to toe and ignored her. I went and told her too and She said that she was alone and busy that we had to wait because she was alone and she had seen us but she still couldn't help us. I asked for my receipt and they said they couldn't give me when I know it is possible because I work in fast food and you You can put the non-resive option and in the register inside they can take it from you. The very annoying and arrogant lady, the manager, neither she nor the other cashier apologized or anything and we, myself and the other client, were with children and we had a bad treatment ai that is a lack of respect professionalism empathy and everything has a very bad customer service waiting more than 30 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken is too much and giving character and ignoring the people that I would badly understand if it had been full and not They had staff but it was not very busy and there were worse staff and they didn't want to give me the answer because I said I was going to complain ?????

Hello, I am a loyal KFC customer. I always buy almost daily. I order through Uber Eats, but I have placed 2 orders. I am very disappointed because the chicken is bad. Today it arrived without flavor and was raw in the center. It makes me very sad because I like the recipe but I won't be able to continue buying.
