I ordered a KFC bowl from the drive-through, and received it without the Nashville chickenontop of that I didn't receive my Chalupa with my Tace Box or any of the sauces. Additionally, the staff didn’t ask me what kind of meat I wanted in my burrito or whether I preferred a soft or hard taco. Do not recommend

I recently visited this KFC location at 9:51 11/24/24 and was disappointed by the lack of effective leadership and preparation. Despite having seven staff members on duty, I waited in line for 10 minutes, only to be told I needed to wait an additional 14 minutes for chicken to be ready. This level of delay is unacceptable for a fast-food establishment, especially during operating hours when customers expect efficiency.

It seemed like the focus was more on cleaning up and preparing to go home rather than ensuring customers were served promptly. The priority should always be on having food ready and available for customers. Proper planning, leadership, and time management could greatly improve the experience.

I hope the management takes steps to train staff on prioritizing customer service and maintaining readiness throughout their shift. This would go a long way toward improving the experience for customers like myself.
