Today I visited this place since in my location it was the closest. I generally visit the one on 22nd Avenue. My order is normally 4 pieces of chicken, 1 potato, 1 salad. I pay $10.70. Today I visited this one, which is 6195 nw 27 th. At the moment they deliver the order to me, I check and they give me 4 pieces of chicken and a large amount of jumbo potatoes, enough for 2 days without salad. When I order the salad, the girl tells me that I have to pay separately?????? I don't know if the prices vary in each location or if the girl was acting crazy 4 pieces of chicken and an awful lot of jumbo potatoes 16.14 they are scoundrels apart from terrible service they don't provide any sauce or napkin I don't know if they are instructions but they don't have the delicacy to place a napkin the prices are outrageous bad service don't visit this place it's a disappointment I'm very upset they are scoundrels before visiting this place look at the comments they are more bad than good It says it all here is bad bad service expensive horrible place

Not only homeless sitting outside of store but the lady at the window was very rude and nonchalant about hitting cancel (mistakenly) on my mobile order and had me call kfc customer service on speaker to hear them say “the cancellation wasn’t on their side it was in store” no apology just attitude 🤮

They have no staff, they deliver the food poorly organized, they did not give me my receipt and they have a bad attitude.
We came to the store hoping to eat and then we came in as we looked around it was dirty we asked the kfc employee and he looked bored we asked him about the menu and he only said there is no allergy menu he didn’t really care about what we said so we ordered nuggets and I looked gross I recommend not going here

The truth is I have been many times and it is always the same always hoping that when buying chicken it is good one as a customer expects the best but it is a franchise and everything has to work correctly from the customer service to the product they sell. I don't like it They leave the chicken with a lot of oil. Last time it came out raw and that is horrible to eat chicken like that.
