I love KFC but this one inside Miami International Airport is unrecognizable! Overly refried chicken and fries so incredibly greasy and oily 🤢, and the total opposite of crispy, which is an usual thing in KFC. Besides, they did not have mash potato and the coleslaw was not fresh. Awful experience!

First of all just because you wear gloves doesn't mean your hands are clean. You are touching money and then getting the food ready. That is ridiculous and unsanitary. Need a better system. Everything you ask for is no we don't have that. Customer service there is none. Not here anyways! Tables dirty. Just bad!

In my opinion, this KFC in Miami Airport provides a horrible experience – and I recommend eating elsewhere. When I went to place my order, the first thing that I noticed was the lack of menu options. While I do understand that airport locations have limited menus and are often operated by external companies, having at least a few more options is needed. The food itself did not taste good and was not enjoyable. Beyond this, the service was very bad. I recommend eating elsewhere.

Disappointed by Limited Menu Before Closing
Stopped by this KFC location about an hour before closing and was told they were only serving tenders and fries. Honestly, if you’re still open, the full menu should be available. I get that it’s the end of the night, but customers coming in during open hours deserve the same options as those who come earlier.
It feels like the focus is more on convenience for staff than on customer service. If the restaurant is open, it should be fully open. Really disappointing experience.

First time eating KFC. I didn't even think the chicken was bad. However, I couldn't eat more than the two pieces I ordered. The cole slaw that came with it was very good, as was the biscuit that accompanied it. There was a long queue, but I was served quickly. Most of the people had to eat on the floor, like me, because there is hardly any place to sit in this airport.
