Taste wise the food was good. But they was out of quite a few fountain drinks. When our food arrived it was not hot at all didn’t really c** wit any toppings burgers just really have odd naming that make them seem more than what they really are. And I really didn’t care for the cheese sauce on the fries it was soaked wit the cheese and wasn’t hot neither. Can do better.
We love coming to this little spot at least once a week. Between the delicious food and the stellar customer service, you can't possibly go wrong here! Our faves are the French Assassin burger, The Negan burger and the Grim Reaper.A side favorite is the volcano mac and cheese, excellent choice if you're a fan of spicy. We would rate 6 out of 5 stars if we could!! Shawn, Ryan, Tony and Andrea, along with the other staff, always make sure we are well taken care of. Sidenote-bathrooms are always clean here, cleanliness is key in an eating establishment.?????
Delicious! It was our first time here. The restaurant is set up so cute with all the designs and the food is amazing. I would definitely recommend this place and to dine in. We will be eating here a lot.
A great grilled cheese with fresh ingredients. I thought my Hunter Melt (buffalo chicken and pepper jack cheese) was top notch and the flavors perfect. The brussel sprouts and truffle fries also tasted great. The place was clean and I loved their decor. Only downside, was they had small cups for the fountain drinks and no brewed tea.Entrees: (1) The Hunter Melt with Roasted Brussel Sprouts (2) The Mobster Melt with Truffle FriesAtmosphere/Décor: Clean, Modern/Industrial. Very Open.Server Attentiveness: Counter Order. Efficient.Food Wait: AverageCost/Value: $11ish per entrée
Place is decent but food was a little too greasy.
The pictures looked really good online and they have awesome reviews but unfortunately mine didn't live up to the hype ?. Wanted to try local places while in town. Couldn't believe I was even served this.
Food tasty, quick, something on menu for everyone. Was here a few weeks ago and the head Chef was ALSO doing register as usual person was out. He handled it so well! Was kind and calm, a group of 20 came in and he didn't bat an eye. Give that guy a raise! And oh yeah, grilled cheese genuine 10/10
True to its name. Great melt. Had the Hunter melt, and the tomato soup was on point!
We decided to finally try this place out. Nice place. Food was ok, just very, very greasy. Kids meal was better than gourmet grilled cheese. My side of Mac was cold. Nobody there. Workers missing and you have to sit there and wait while they are in and out of the place. I won't go back, but try this place at least once. Prices are high for a grilled cheese.
I was really excited to try this place even more so when we saw the menu. We have since come several times always going for the Killer Melt and Grim Reaper burger. Both have a sort of sweet heat, but absolutely not hot like the name may indicate. The burger is tender, bun is great and the jelly inside is so good! On the other hand, the Killer Melt is on the perfect bread and have a filling inside that just compliments the cheese altogether. The fries were great and the presentation nice. You order at the counter and they give you a number and bring out your food. The restaurant has nice decor and really cute signs on the wall. The only downer is it serves Pepsi products - I am a Coke person, but it won’t stop me from going there again.

Well... This used to be my fav place around to get lunch and eat it at work. Unti had my last 2 orders from them, first the MAC & Cheese was COLD , DRY and only had some cold ham in the bottom none of the other stuff where there. I said ok maybe just today and tried it again the following week and NASTY FOOD is too nice to say. The fries were extremely cold and the Mac and Cheese was disgusting and barely any cheese on it. I called the manager and he offer a refund since i had pictures and it was a big other. The refund was never on my account , i called a week later and nothing. NEVER AGAIN will I eat here or recommend it , I used to go twice every week .
The brussel sprouts used to be amazing and now they are deep fried into oblivion. It was like eating honey-coated paper, there was no green left on the Brussels sprout. My volcano mac and cheese was barely microwaved and the cheese was not melted and cold in the center. Our other sandwiches, the assassin and the bacon mac and cheese sandwich were both delicious.
Came one hour before closing but was attended right away and food came out in a timely matter. I got The Hitman with a tomato and my friend got the The Godfather. The chicken patty was to well done and gave the sandwich a strange taste but over all it was a great late might dinning experience.
I had such high hopes for this place. The decor is interesting and some funny sayings on the wall. The first thing you'll realize when you walk in the insanely loud hip hop music on a Sunday morning. The gentleman taking my order could barely hear me at the counter. I had to keep repeating myself and finally advise him it would be a good idea to turn the music down. After waiting about 30 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. The soup was cold and did not taste like tomato soup it was very bitter and sour. I got the grilled cheese sandwich with breaded chicken on it and the chicken must have been from the day before because it was unchewable. The soda machine in the back did not function properly. Overall it was just a really bad experience either the ownership does not care about this business or the managers are useless. Save your money go somewhere else. Until this place makes major internal changes. I will never go back and I don't they will be in business much longer
Fabulous food and great service. We need more of these!
