Food expensive, husband received his meal before me, when l enquired about my meal, I was told to see the server, when l asked the server he blamed the kitchen - the service is shocking, never been treated like that before. Ate my meal, asked for the bill, noticed service charge added, challenged this and refused to pay it, manager said that we were denying the server his wages... refused to pay the bill, manager said if you don't pay the server will, all this in front of the server! When l asked where does it say service charge added, he pointed to the tiniest small print at the bottom of the menu. They get away with this practice because they know tourists will pay.

Avoid, the reason they have mandatory gratuity is because they would never get one. The food is overpriced and underwhelming. They brought out food one meal at a time with 12 people eating a different times. Drinks were $21 for a horrible version of mojitos, no option to opt out of the junk plastic glass for adults or kids. Asked for water, it came as we were leaving. Tourist trap!

Place have horrible service, we’ve been waiting for 30mins just for the waiter to come to us, I feel asleep. The mango drink is really good tho. We asked for our waiter twice and they still have no come and we are waiting currently for our food that is taking years to come

Don’t waste your time here! The food was barely edible. The waitress was quite rude. I chose to have a cocktail but the prices were not advertised. I should have known better. When I received the check I was charged $25 for a Pina Colada. I told the waitress that I did not want to buy the glass, she replied that it was the same price wether you take the glass home or not. What a rip off! Bad service, food and drinks.

I did not have a good time there. The waiter seemed annoyed at our table since we sat down. I ordered a coke for a drink, after a few sips I realized that there was chunks of food in my coke. I thought that it was that glass and I got another one but it was the same thing. The food was better. I had the Cuban sandwich which was pretty good but the fries tasted odd.

We were told happy hour cocktails were 2 for 20 multiple times. The turned out to be 2 for 30. The main red flag for customers is that the menu isn't clearly priced. The reaction from the waiter was obnoxious when we questioned the lie. My partner's glass also had a large crack in it. Avoid completely, way nicer and better value happy hours in Miami.

Bayside is void of breakfast options for the most part, but we found a breakfast case on the inside side of Mambo's cafe that had a small selection of baked goods, juices, coffees etc. My wife loved her cheese Danish and my banana nut muffin was about the best I have ever had. Moist, slightly sweet, full of banana and nuts, it was incredible, and I should have gotten another one. The next time we are in town under the same situation we will remember to come back here. It was nice to purchase our food inside and go sit right by the water to enjoy our early breakfast.

We ordered fajitas some fruit bowls. both of our dinners came with some old flour shells that were half hard and stuck together.. if you try to unstick them they would just break.. and the fruit bowls were just a few different pieces of fruit and very little of it.. the fajitas had no flavor whatsoever..

Food ok but rip off with cocktails where you have yo buy a glass - not explained at time of ordering. Attitude when asked was shocking!

We came for lunch. The first table we were given was stuck and dirty so we moved The server took our order and then we simply waited and waited …. After 30(!) minutes we called and asked and were told that the kitchen was busy and it would take another 20 minutes at least… Why weren’t we told that food would take over an hour to arrive? They couldn’t care less when we left

Good experience in a very busy cafe alongside the bay .with great views of the bay .The food was plentiful . The Cesar salad with shrimp was very good . Drinks are expensive as usual . Staff extremely helpful . It is extremely busy & very noisy if you don’t like that then better not go . We enjoyed it all .

Like title says. Avoid this place as if it were the plague. Service stunk, tables dirty, seats dirty. Ordered the chimichurri skirt steak and got no chimichurri, I asked for some and got back oil with diced onions. Is this amateur hour at the restaurant? Then I ordered a drink that included the “souvenir glass” and do you know what I was told? Keep the glass. Meanwhile the glass was used about 100 times as you can see the wear and tear on it. I paid $20 for a used glass. Gtfoh place should be shut down.

I went to this Kiosk to purchase coffee and empanadas. The attendant was very pleasant. However I had to give a 2 stars because their coffee was the like milk with a hint of coffee, very disappointed ???? the empanadas were tasty but warm and for $6.95 each I was expecting a bigger size. I found the kiosk to be pricey, I paid $25.96 for 2 empanadas and 2 cups of coffee of about 10 ounces.
