They forgot the Cinnamon Toast Crunch in my shake. I told her twice if she put it in and she said yes. She didn’t. Shake was 2/10 McDonald’s taste better smh she put coconut in it instead I’m allergic!!!! Thank god I had my epi pen on me smh

I absolutely adore this location ! The ice cream is always second to none, as well as the customer service from Nika, Stacy and Jenny. They represent the brand and its core values extremely well.

Me and my wife were in design district on a trip and had a phenomenal experience at kith treats. The service we received from EJ , Stacy and Jenny made us feel very welcomed not only to the store but also Miami as they provided us with information regarding the area and the retail part of kith. They made conversation with us making us feel comfortable as if we were close friends they are very funny and sweet people

Had an awesome experience at Kith Treats in the Design District! Stacy and Jenny gave me such great customer service — they were so kind, fun to talk to, very efficient. The treats were amazing, and I’ll definitely be back. The only thing I’d note is that it gets really hot inside (maybe the AC wasn’t working?), but overall, the vibe and service made it worth it.

Good service & great ice cream. Great subsidiary of Kith. Always enjoy visiting when I’m in town, now if only it was a bigger space..

some off the staff rude as hell and don’t wanna do they job. they get mad when you come in TEN minutes before closing like do your job hell

This place is A1 I enjoyed the vibes here, super nice people, my milkshake was amazing and for the road I got ice cream... Nika and Kai were amazing!

Kith Treats in the Design District is such a fun spot—delicious cereal-swirled ice cream in a sleek, stylish space. What really stood out was the service from Supervisor Kailee. She was so welcoming, gave great menu recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly even when it was busy. Her energy made the visit feel extra special. Definitely worth stopping by!
