We went to Koko to celebrate my husband's birthday. He was actually the one who suggested coming here, even though neither of us had heard about it before. What a gem! Everything was fantastic. Our server, Andres, was really really good. He engaged with us just the right amount, gave great recommendations, and even surprised my husband (and the whole restaurant lol) with a candle on his birthday churros. We also saw the MOD at the host stand, expo, bar, everywhere! He was making sure both his staff and the guests were well taken care of. We truly have nothing but amazing things to say. The food was incredible and the cocktails were just as good. We can't wait to come back. Thank you Andres and everyone at Koko!

the restaurant messed up my order and ran out of the steak so they couldn't fill my order after waiting an hour. they had no chips for the guacamole appetizer

The server could not communicate and put our orders for dinner in incorrectly. We ended up having to eat at different times because they had to remake one dinner and fix the other. Manager apologized but the entire experience was frustrating! It was so disappointing to end up eating at different times and trying to chase down the server. They did not compensate us or offer to remove any charges. I will never go back there!

I ate here while in Miami for business. I wanted to try something different (I can get tacos and enchiladas many places at home) so I tried the mole coloradito with sea bass which was amazing! The mango margarita was quite possibly the best margarita I have had in my life. I loved the ambiance of the outdoor seating area. I would definitely come back if in town again.

The guacamole and queso fundido with chorizo was delicious. The short rib was ok lacked flavor along with the sides. Services was great and restaurant was packed. Very energetic vibe.

First time dining here and was sadly disappointed. The restaurant is NOT CHILD FRIENDLY. The restaurant doesn't have high chairs, and chairs are super wide, low chairs surrounded by an open garden of cactus with caution signs. I requested standard seating however was told I had to specify if I wanted an indoor table. Hostess was extremely rude nor helpful. Table service was good, food was okay. Very small portions and overpriced. Cocktails were the best part. Just a thought if you plan to bring young children.

Great vibe, service, and food!!!! This place was amazing - the food was SUPER DELICIOUS and the drinks were fantastic. The outdoor seating area is super cute; loved all plants around the dining area. Our server was great and his recommendation on food was spot on. I will definitely go back to try the rest of the menu!

Beautiful space, disappointing experience. Three hosts passed us by without a greeting, and by the time the fourth acknowledged us, the tone for the evening was set. The manager's handling was polite but uninspired, the service lacked attentiveness, and portions were minimal for the price. Staff began clearing plates before we were finished, and a service charge is automatically added yet an additional tip is still requested. We visited from out of town, genuinely excited to experience Koko, but it fell short. Aesthetics aside, hospitality should never be an afterthought.
