The food is delicious especially the dumplings! They were pretty amazing. We had three different sushi rolls too and all were excellent. The service was very good. I truly don't understand any negative reviews on this restaurant. I've only been to it twice and loved it both times. Any time I'm in Miami I will go there.
This was our first time at Komodo. The food was decent but the service was very slow. For the price I would have expected there to be larger portions on some of the dishes. It took at least an hour to get the main dishes to the table and the server didn't check on us very much throughout the meal. The ambience was nice.
Juan was an exceptional server. The entrance was a bit chaotic even though we had a reservation and the wait time was a bit exhausting but well worth it. The flavor profiles of every dish was amazing. Ambience and energy always outstanding.
