This place needs to stay properly staffed came and on a saturday evening , the line was about ten people long to order from the counter. I order from the kiosk and expected my name to be called as the order got fulfilled.However, I had to go up to the counter on the side where the uber drivers pick up and give them my ticket number for the staff to fulfill my order. Its just a little disorganized.

There were about five employees working in the back, all moving slowly and looking frustrated— not a single smile. Another customer even started complaining about the donuts, but no one paid attention. I was shocked.
I had four people ahead of me, and when it was finally my turn, the cashier completely ignored me and called the man behind me instead. The customer even asked, “Weren’t you next?” I told him, “It’s okay, go ahead,” even though I’d already been waiting in line for over 20 minutes.
When it was finally my turn, the cashier didn’t apologize or even smile. Honestly, if people don’t want to work, they should let those who actually do take their place.

Donuts yummy, coffee so-so! Service of the young girl not that great, the other lady, lovely, gave me a free donut <3
The first girl who attended me, young, not rude but just no customer service skills. I asked which is better: caramel latte or caramel mocha latte, she goes, they're the same... hmmm! Anyhow, I pointed to the screen and ordered the caramel latte (the picture shows a latte with whip cream and caramel drizzle), she hands me a plain latte, I asked, can I also get the whip cream and caramel topping? She adds whip cream, hands it back, I say, and the caramel? Then she says, well I'll give it for now but it costs extra.. hmmm, again I pointed to the screen, and said that's what I ordered, it has whip cream and caramel. Anyhow..
So I sat there, had my latte with a donut. Some time later, the other lady comes up to me and hands me a hot, fresh donut, soo good, and soo nice of her!

Spent my money & order donughts tonight and recieved recieved donoughts that were so old and stale that it they were stuck to the box. Called the store to advise and recieve resolution and spoke w/ Manager DWAYNE who tried to provide an excuse as to why the food was stuck to the box and stale. Says by the time it reaches me .... yet didnt ask if I live 5mins away or 5 hours. Then proceeded to cut me off calling me bro just to make more excuses about the quality of the food before disconnecting the line. Will be calling coperate to report.
I've been coming here for years but lately the staff is horrible. Don't even bother with the drive thru it's a 30 minute wait with one car in front if you. Inside, if you just order doughnuts its quick but just know they will be cold regardless of the Hot sign being on. If you order coffee it takes them so long to make every time. It's most complicated coffee is pump pump ice and coffee but it's a 10 minute wait. Ive been to the Ft Lauderdale location, the tamarac location and Hialeah and the service so much faster even when it's full of customers. KK, Maybe send you're employees to train at other sites for a few weeks.

The donuts have gotten much smaller still tastes great but still the same price for smaller portion. Nothing really against the people that work here unless they are the reason its smaller 🤷🏽♀️

These employees might be the dumbest people in this zip code. I made an order and they responded by asking how many donuts I wanted. I look puzzled as I just told them, half a dozen hot glazed donuts in a box and then in a separate bag, 1 hot glazed, and 2 cake batters. They asked again, so how many in total? I repeated my order again, slower, and counted with them to 9. She suggested that I get 12 donuts because its cheaper. I said, no its ok. She She responded and said, if you arent getting a dozen how many do you want then? I begged at that point to please just listen to my order and not suggest anything and just give me what I ask for. So she said, ok, drive forward. I pulled up to the window and a woman opens the window and says, I didnt take your order, what do you want? Seriously? The DUMBEST people in this area code.
