Your drive through is atrocious 33 minutes in line to pick up 1 dozen donuts your window clerk was as atrocious as the wait she snatched the money from my hand after I asked her why it took so long she said and I quote Too bad I’m the only person working on a Friday morning I doubt itWon’t ever comeback to that place there are many more options for a donutsLike it better when it was the old 163 rd st at least the workers were polite better get your stuff together or you won’t be in business anymoreAnd if you have a manager on premise he doesn’t see the line of cars out side the store wake up pitiful at best

They have the absolute worst customer service ever. During hot light hours they say they don't have any hot glazed ready and on St Patrick's Day they said they couldn't sell any hot glazed at all did not the day because they were busy making them for walmart. They have to make them for Walmart all the time. It's just horrible customer service every time I come to this place. I have seen countless people walk away including myself when they tell them they don't have hot glazed but they are supposed to
