KYU Miami absolutely blew us away. Every dish was vibrant, balanced, and incredibly fresh, the kind of flavors that make you stop in the middle of a conversation. The service was warm and efficient, and the vibe is energetic without feeling rushed. My only complaint? I wish they would open a location in Palm Beach so it is closer to home. Until then, KYU is well worth the drive. Do not miss out on this culinary experience. You will be talking about it long after the last bite.
They were very accommodating with changes to our reservation. We were a group of 6. It is an open kitchen, and the food comes out as it's ready so we got some sides at the end of our meal. The food was fantastic. The grilled octopus was my favorite dish, it was not fishy and consistency was soft. One of the absolute best dining experiences I’ve had in Miami. The service was impeccable. The steak tartare was out of this world, the table side fried rice and the brisket were INSANE. And the coconut cake might have been best of all, Everything we ate was better than the last.
