Horrible!! Never have anything available

Just left the menu said egg sandwich $15.50

She rang it up for $19.00 I told her why the menu has a price and she charged me another and she told me she had no idea and couldn’t do anything about it.!! Horrible start to my morning. The lady thinks she is still in cuba. Horrible service and attitude!! NEVER AGAIN

I would give this zero stars if i could. Food is mediocre at best and overpriced for it's location. This business really needs to realize their market. The atmosphere inside is extremely unpleasant and hostile thanks to this business only hiring rude employees that are barking at you while taking your order from the front desk while you sit at the table, yet simultaneously ignoring you trying to speak to them several times. Not sure if this is only a to-go place because we were served with paper plates and to-go silverware. If that is the case not sure why there are several tables inside to eat. Horrifying experience!! Avoid at all cost.

Let me start with saying that I really like the croissants that are made here. However, it’s frustrating that the restaurant opens at 6a, but the croissants are not ready until 10 am. I have been here a few times in the morning between 8-9a and they mention that the croissants are not available yet. On another note, it seems like the cook goes home at 2p. The best time to come is between 10a-1p.

I found this place accidentally today, I love coffee shops so I went in to gossip and I found a very French and homely atmosphere, very nice, and beautiful croissants of all kinds, as I was in a hurry I took a dulce de leche croissant for home, I made myself a coffee and spread it ? I love doing that, croissant crispy and golden on the outside but soft on the inside, quite dulce de leche so I'll be back soon to try more things, the menu looked very varied, very good !

The place looks nice, the food was not that bad, but the customer service was awful, unprofessional to the moon and back, the server was in a hurry to take out order to the point we have to pay right after we place the order,,, not being enough,, this lady went inside and came back to tell us what my daughter asked for was out of order,,, and insist for her to get easy elaborate meals( she asked at first for eggs Benedict) but ended up getting maple croissant, after a few minutes came back again with the great news that they can’t make me what I ordered, because they are only 2 and the person that cooks was not there because is Monday and run about of picana as well, and told me “ coge algo más,, que complicada eres!!! to what I answered “ I’m not complicada, es que no tienes lo que estamos pidiendo del menú que nos diste “,,, she ran inside and came later telling me the found a picana but was frozen, y que si estaba yo brava todavía?
Not to make this so long, we ended eating something else we were not in the mood to, we even asked for the drinks because we were almost finishing and the same lady went inside and never prepared the ice latte for my daughter and my cappuccino.. another person came and made it for us, I felt we totally wasted money and time today.
Never offered a discount or something else to apologize for sooooo many inconveniences, I will be strong telling everyone we know not to come here at all.

Found this place via Google maps on my way home. Greeted at the door, staff was nice and didn’t speak English, Latin women no English, no problem ?‍♂️ Ordered coffee and two croissants. Coffee was HORRIBLE. Croissants Guava & Cheese and the strawberry one. I was super excited, they where good but It wasn’t as good as I had at totter locations.

I will admit I was a bit skeptical, the shopping Plaza where this is located was a bit run down but the bakery itself was a small well kept place and the croissants are amazing, fluffy inside, crispy outside, lovely browning on the outside and sweet throughout. Also bigger than my hand!
