Flies all around. As soon as my dinner was served, small flies landed on my food and my face. After I paid the bill I used the restroom and it was full of those flies, it looked like those flies were reproducing in the restroom were people do #1 and # 2. How disgusting all those contaminated flies in the restroom and later on my food. I don't want to imagine how the kitchen would look like. I will never go back to that place, it reminded me of eating at a very poor country in South America. it is a disgusting place, it taste and look like dog food, but they charge you like an expensive, luxury restaurant. A food inspector should go and visit that place ASAP !!!
La Bodega is one of the best places for Peruvian food in Miami. Definitely recommend the ceviche mixto, tallarines verdes, and anticucho. The staff are very nice and the service is quick. The online order oddly didn’t go to them, but once we realized in the restaurant they quickly made our order and served us corn and water while we waited. La Bodega is good for whatever you need- a quick lunch, a nice dinner, or a beer and appetizer. Definitely recommend!

This restaurant is charging $5 more if you use a credit card. Credit card companies charge this fee because a minimum transaction, usually $15 or less. My bill was $98. This restaurant still will charge you the $5 extra. This is not fair for the costumer.
Poor customer service. Went to pick up an order & the representative told me the order would take 15 more minutes but the order was sitting right in front of him.

Terrible service by Cinthia P. Arrived during lunch time and we were the only table in the restaurant with 4 people yet she didn’t bring us water until we had to tell her, no cancha was provided and when our appetizer of ceviche arrived she didn’t even provide us with plates. For her being a server she had zero initiative. We also ordered a side of rice that never arrived but was still included in the check at the end. She removed it after we told her but had she passed by to check on our table at least once this wouldn’t have been an issue, but she never checked up on us once. We ended up paying cash and our total was $110.56 and we gave her $120.00. She returned us the incorrect change of $8.00 instead of $9.44. A little sketchy or she’s just bad at math but I doubt that since the register tells you how much change to give back. The 18% gratuity was already included in the check, however with the service provided she didn’t even deserve half. The food quality has also gone down. Absolutely would not be coming back.
We got aguadito (and it was mega super big bowl of soup!) and pan con chicharrón. Everything was tasty, fast n good service, it was the perfect breakfast.
This restaurant was one of my favorites. Not anymore. Bad service and the food was cold. It took forever to get our order plus the waiter had some attitude issues, I will never come back here. Check other Peruvian restaurants around the area.
Don't ever buy papa rellena it is 96% smash potato and 4% meat for !!!$10!!!!. They are stilling you.
Be careful with the prices, check them!
They add more than indicated on receipt and do not show the correct amount of 7% taxes.
Be very careful with the prices, check them well, they add more tip than what is reflected in the receipt and the taxes are incorrect, they do not even show them correct on receipt!!!

The worst food, I have known this place for years and the first owner of this place had good Peruvian food, yesterday I went to eat a chicken sandwich and while I was eating it I got 2 pieces of stones, it was something very unpleasant, This establishment is going from bad to worse, I know the owner and his wife and they are not nice people, they do not treat the employees well. I don't recommend this place, there are better places.
