Apparently it has improved and this time I went and I did like the service and the food and in return the atmosphere looks cleaner and more pleasantParking: There is plenty of parking at Publix or at the restaurant location.

I kindly suggest that the owner consider closing this establishment, as it does not represent Peruvian-cuisine, this place is a disaster”…. worst Peruvian restaurant in the entire US, I’m sorry mr. Owner but that’s true”…

They include the 15% in your bill. The receipt said "Gratuity" which is the tip but if you ask the waitress she said it was a Service Fee. I think they do not give that money to the waitress. Imagine if it is a service fee plus tip you should pay at least 30% extra of your food price. Not good!

Avoid at all cost, or you will be paying more cost! Went for a late night meal with the family. The food was terrible. The service was good. The restaurant tries to rip you off by adding 15% gratuity that does not go to the servers. If you want to be genourous to your server, you end up paying 30%... they do not mention verbally or on the menu of the extra fees. I will be contacting the florida consumer protection department. Together with the other complaints, hopefully, they will do something about this. By law, you do not have to pay this fee if not stated in the entrance or menu. I wasn't even going to make a review about how bad the food was but the unstated reason for charges got me heated. I will follow up with the city and the state. I feel sorry for the servers who have to explain to the customers. The owners should be ashamed of themselves.

This is the worst Peruvian restaurant in Miami, not only because of the food but because they include 15% gratuity and they expect you to pay another 15% at least for tip... 30% in total..??!!. The restaurant reserves the gratuity for themselves instead of giving it to the waiters. On the menu they must indicate that they are going to charge this 15%. I don't understand how they dare, the place looks dirty and old. Additionally, they abuse the employees by keeping this “gratuity” for the house.

They will inflate your bill with a 15% service charge. If you pay with a credit card they will charge you extra. A $45 will will turn to $58

When to have a late lunch on the first Saturday of this year and it was a disaster. After we were seated, no one came for a while to get our order even though they were like 6 waiters standing by.I watched that day how a waiter got burned on the face with something that exploded twice before reaching the table. None of the other bystanders waiters, manager or owner came to assist her. I saw that same customer having to stand up and walk to ask for limes.I saw another table where after the customers finished eating, their plates (which were huge and the table very small) were not removed after they finished eating, only after they left the restaurant meanwhile they where very uncomfortable while waiting to pay for their meal.I watched how another patron was seated and no one came to get his order only after he called and complaint. My table had three different waiters, I had to move the appetizers plates around while she was standing there with our plates of food in her hands. If we needed anything, we had to be looking for the waiter and signal to get help. The food was not great, I had better Lomo Salteado there. The whole experience was a fiasco. When it was time to pay, their tip was already included even though there were only 3 of us dining at my table. I guess they do not care much to provide good service since they will add their 18% tip to your bill after all. When I asked to speak to the manager, another waiter came and advised that the manager or owner were not there and she was the one in charge even though she was another waiter and has no saying on the matter. Their excuse for the bad service...Shift Change. I guess everyone waits for the last 10 minutes of their shift just looking at the clock.I complained basically because me and all those other customers that were there that day, when we go to any establishment is because we can afford to, we pay, we pay for the food, for the service and so on. We are not there for handouts. Because of us, the customers, a person can have a business, employees and a status in society but in this case it shows that this establishment is just there to collect their daily pay, they do not care about their business, their costumers or their future in the food industry. They forget that there are many, many other restaurants in Kendall to choose from and when any customer decides to walk into any business, they should received and be treated with the same respect that business wants to be treated, after all its our money keeping you in business. It is very disappointing seeing how some restaurants just hire anybody without experience or any customer service etiquette but they are all very quick to demand their pay.By the way, the owner was in the restaurant.

A real gem in West Kendall. The food is very tasty and the portions are perfect. Service is on point. There are a lot of variety of dishes on the menu booklet and the restaurant is very roomy and can accommodate large families easily. Full bar with wine and Peruvian sodas. Will return to try different dishes for sure.

Five years ago, I had left a 5 star review raving about their desayuno Lurin. Now I change my review to 1 star as the service is terrible and the food is ok. I asked for a Bavarois, which is a dessert that comes with plenty of a creamy sauce, when I requested to have some more, the cashier said no and with an attitude proceeded to squirt some more, but nothing like it should be. Mind you this slice of Bavarois is $9! They have increased their prices without providing quality or customer service. Major rip off, I had stopped going for other disappointing circumstances, but now for sure, not going back. There are many other places out there! Ojo- a los duenos, deberian entrenar mejor a sus empleados para darle un buen servicio al cliente. Se de muchos que han parado de ir por eso.
