Very friendly people. Family run business with pride. The empanadas are the best I have ever tasted. Made by Mum with expertise, they are not too heavy, are great quality and supremely tasty. We called ahead as we wanted to make sure about parking and also we had a small dog. We received a very warm positive response. We came for brunch and were greeted very warmly. It’s just a very nice place, coming from downtown Miami. It’s still in the artsy district with lots of activity, but not right in the chaotic part of Miami. Juan greeted us upon arrival. He made sure we were comfortable and took drink orders. Then the food. ( our dog was royally taken care of). We found the empanada to be excellent, the breakfast sandwiches delicious from bread to cheese, eggs and meat. It was a wonderful experience and we’d come back in a minute! PS the bathrooms were absolutely wonderful and clean too!!❤️❤️

I have been ordering from La Bottega for several years now and have been in love with their empanadas. For those who can tell between the real thing and the fake, this place made homemade empanadas including the dough. I bought a dozen empanadas today and am very disappointed. I ordered a dozen last week, and the dough was rich - you can always tell when a dough is fresh because it’s flakey and has a good amount of fat. These details matter and you can taste it in the final product. Today I ordered a dozen and unfortunately it seems they’ve used frozen dough or the dough is just more dense. Of course they’re edible, but they are very different from my batch last week. Please bring back the homemade dough. Until that happens I’ll be trying other Argentinian bakeries nearby.

Out of all Miami the best service I experienced was in this place! Alexandra, the owner, is simply the best and the most kind and joyful person! She took really great care of me and my fiance! We loved the food which was so fresh and felt homemade! The empanadas were very flavorful and traditional. I felt for a second as if I was in Argentina! If you are looking for great flavors and excellent service do not skip this place!

Came across this restaurant by accident but left tremendously satisfied. The service was amazing! But the food was delicious. Must try the house potatoes with hot sauce. Highly recommend!
