The worst experience I could have had when entering this restaurant on Sunday night at around 10 pm I went to buy my dinner as I do repeatedly and when I was going to the bathroom to wash my hands because I had dirty hands the lady who served me told me that the bathroom was closed and could no longer be used so I told her that my hands were dirty and that I was going to eat that I needed to wash my hands and she told me no and I didn't ask for paper and she didn't answer me I asked the other lady who was cleaning the dining room and they didn't respond either, I don't know if it's because they didn't understand that I was speaking to them in English until the lady who was inside cleaning in the kitchen kindly gave me a paper towel with a little water, which was what I was asking for. I placed my order and she even gave me the food with a bad attitude. How can those types of people serve customers with that attitude. They should have friendly people who also know how to speak English. Because we are in the United States, we are not in a country where Spanish is spoken.

The attention I received there from the girls who work is terrible. They look at you badly and are angry. I asked them to change a plate of food because the meat did not taste good and the girl rudely threw the food into the trash can, all angry, and then told me that she wants me to give it to her... how can they serve the people we are going to eat like this... their attention is terrible.

Three stars because the name is off putting, as a Peruvian I expected a more authentic meal of pollo a la brasa with huancaina, frejoles al canario, and a specific salad sauce that’s usually served. The chicken didn’t have that Peruvian rotisserie chicken taste. It was good but it kind of tasted like pollo tropical, if you’re Peruvian and looking to get some pollo a la brasa I'd steer away from here to satisfy your cravings

Love the chickens and specials here... We order food here, at least, twice a month!

The chaufa is not what I expected, it didn't taste different. I mean, I'm not going back, but so much change is of no use. They didn't have the authentic one. PERUVIAN

I was here in Dec 2023 and 08/17/2024. I ordered the churrasco, which is number 6, both times. The first time, I had sweet plantains instead of rice. I ordered the vegetables both times. I like my steak med or medium rare. The first time, I also had a seafood gumbo. The price is very good. I do recommend
