The churassco felt like rubber. The food here is not all that. The deserts taste stale. Looks like a poor copy cat of La Granja. Do better please.

I went to the Boynton Beach, FL location. After a long days work I ordered my food online. I was gonna get off the bus and go pick up my food. The young lady came to the door (which was closed) and I told her I was picking up my online order and she proceeded to tell me to walk to the drive through and pick up my order. So I confirmed and she said yes, so I did. Then the manager came to the window and was VERY rude and would not let me explain the situation on why I was in a drive thru on foot and not in a car. I am very upset about this customer service and tonight will be my last time going there EVER

Food and service excellent but there is a major, huge problem at both entrance of the restaurant were there is NO GUTTER installed and when it is raining the water runs like the Niagara fall at both main entrances making impossible to avoid getting sucking wet. Very disappointing and a horrible way of welcoming people!!

One of the best roasted chicken. The hot sauce is sooooo good
I placed an order thru uber eats. The food quality was terrible. The meat was terrible quality more chewy than a piece of bubble gum. They missed a whole meal from my order. I will never order again from here and much less go in person
