Came at 8:30pm (supposed to close at 10pm) for a whole chicken and they said they run out of chicken??? How is this possible on a food service which its main plate is chicken? I don't understand. And they suggest me to go to another place, really?

We ordered through UE and the food sent was terrible! The meat was burnt and hard, not ordering from here again!

I went through the drive thru and was asked to pull up to the front of the building where the employee would bring the food out to my car. I waited quite a bit for my order. However, the food was hot and fresh. My only real complaint is that there wasn't a lot of meat in the meal. Otherwise, portion size was good, and the food overall was delicious and satisfying.
