La Cañita

The food was good, although not as stunning as Cafe La Trova. I was surprised at how empty the restaurant was. It is also not easy to find given the labyrinth of stores at Bayside. less it all depends on where you are dropped off.

The night we went was a slow night. The waiter was very nice but slow. The table behind us was seated after and they got their drinks and appetizers prior to us getting our drinks. Food was ok. Way overpriced. The butcher prices was a joke. We had a great experience last time but this trip said a lot. Never again !

We loved everything! The live music was great but unfortunately I had to request them to play several times I deliberately scheduled the time to be during the live music we heard them play 3 songs the whole time we were there. Wish it could've been more

There is patio and indoor seating. I chose patio seating on a Saturday night which overlooks the ocean. The snapper fillet was a special for that night along a side of coconut white rice and squash was flavorful. My husband had ribeye steak which was okay, not flavorful, the French fries tasted better. The passion fruit is a must! Churros for desert was ok, served with chocolate syrup and caramel sauce. The staff works hard was welcoming and the restaurant appears clean. The food flavoring can be enhanced with herbs. The food cost more and gratuity is already added to all parties of 2+. Knowing the is in a tourist area, there is a markup price.

My first plate was bread with tomatoes and should have had tomatoes onions peppers and cheese melted . Hamburger was ok second dish .service was slow and they had few customers .

I randomly came in from the rain and turned out to be the best thing ever! Brenda was the best server. The food was great and live music was phenomenal. 10/10 recommend 💕💕

While we found the hostess to be rude and unaccommodating, everything was great once we got seated. The server and the rest of the staff were friendly and overall it was a nice experience.
