The food appetizers were delicious but our steaks were not cooked correctly. We send them back to be put back on the grill and still came back bloody. That was probably the biggest disappointment. The service was subpar for such a fine dining restaurant. We spent over $400 and we left feeling like that was not that good of an experience. Probably won't be back the next time we visit Miami.

Best restaurant in Sunny Isles area of north Miami Beach. Dropped in on my Bday for some of their special Argentine prepared & spiced Beef. (Served in 15 countries) The dining experience was top shelf in every way. They provided an array of dipping sauces to tingle the taste buds plus delicious appetizers & 14 ounce Fillets of beef to die for on a cheat night. Our server Augustine made our dining experience a 10/10 perfect treat night with constant spoiling and stimulation. A true top food consumption experience. Restaurant manager George was very engaged making sure our experience was premium in every way. My wife had a dress up night to accompany me for this special Bday meal but casual dining dress is perfectly OK as well. My work world travels exposed me to many high level dining experiences but I must put the way we were served, entertained & the food quality experience they provide at the Top Shelf level. Thank you so much Augustine & George & all the staff for a fantastic Bday meal. Nicely located by all the beach condos. Come hungry, be stimulated 👍👍 We will be back!!

We selected this place from an Open Table rating and were very pleased with our experience. It was very close to our Air BnB condo and the service was awesome!! The food was great and we were very pleased.

We did not enjoy our skirt steak, it was very chewy. And we have made a wrong decision by having fixed dinner for $60.00 per person. Do not recommend.

The staff members from the mature d' to the servers are wonderful and service was much quicker than expected. We had been to La Cabrera in the past and I especially was very excited to have their octopus. When it came, it was way too salty and very overcooked, so much so that I couldn't eat it. The waiter was very kind and offered us a complimentary ice cream but the truth is, I was hungry and wanted a proper meal. Fortunately, my husband gave me a bit of his steak which was ok but had a lot of fat. The pasta and salads are good. I would order meat again but ask them to not give a piece with so much fat. I will not however order the octopus. Crepes are good.
Since the Restaurants implement the strategy of including the tip in the bill, the service is worse every time. I am talking generally because this is not only happening in Cabrera; it's happening in all the restaurants that use this system. I am making a call to Restaurant business owners to reconsider how you bill tips. The service was cordial, but extremely slow. We were seated and waited around 15 minutes to get the menu, and another 10 minutes to take the drink order. The drinks were served at the bar, and the waitress brought them to the table within 10 minutes. The food (appetizers) was served 20 minutes after drinks, when we were starving. All the experiences were like that, except for the bill, which was faster.

We had an issue with the order, somehow the waiter forgot about it and then came asking for our order again after a long time! We didn't like that they didn't even say sorry, we waited for a long time!

Ordered a steak and was brought skirt steak. If I send back the wife's food would be cold. Tiny tables bunched together and had Champaign and never came by when glasses were empty. Expensive for ok food and service
