There was a lady waiting for her toast and sipping on her coffee while waiting. when her toast was ready the staff gave her the toast and ask her if she wanted to top up her coffee. The staff took her cup use a spoon to put the sugar in her cup added more coffee, and stir the customer coffee with the spoon. Without changing the spoon the staff continued to use the same contaminated spoon to put sugar in cups and stir the coffee for other customer. This action is gross and nasty.

Delicious cuban food at reasonable prices and with generous portions. Everything I had here the week of my father's surgery at the hospital tasted delicious, and I was always really full. The steak was my favorite, and the rice & beans are to die for. The sandwiches were also outstanding. The food here was genuinely better than the fancier spots at Little Havana.I also loved their Cafe Cubano as well as their pastries.Even if you don't speak Spanish, the menu is mostly in English and the staff will try their best to help you order.I miss the food here!!!

Food great, location great but staff are very unhappy with current management and work schedule. Last employees to come in get preferential treatment and those who have been there for years get their opinions dismissed. Victor, i believe is the Manager treats most of his staff with disrespect and others who will remain nameless are on the top of the list. Something must be done

A good atmosphere with home style Cuban dishes, appetizers and desserts. Coffee is good, food is fresh and service slams. Lunch time is SRO and everyone worships the collada and the cortadito. This is Miami, after all.
