Customer service was wonderful. Food done perfect. The energy that the ladies have there is done on team work. I really don't think people tip them well but they know when it come in in the morning for my colada I make sure they get a great tip. They all have beautiful smiles. It's really great place to see how when u work together as one how successful the day ends.

hello just wanted to let people know how this place has gone down the drain with the quality and service. I was going to this bakery for quite a few years in the mornings the owner and daughter were amazing and they were very on top of things this past year an a half I stopped going after several time that for 1 the rudest girls i have encountered and the sandwiches OMG horrible its a shame when an employer leaves the store in hand of incapable employees that ruin your reputation I ordered today a cuban sandwich and I gave it to my dog not even a full slice of the fake pork when you look at the sandwich there is no desire to eat it. I saw the last review 8 months ago and still there is no improvement !!! I will post the pictures in a little while having trouble uploading sorry.I only hope the owners do something quick cause its been a while since i see them doing anything about the employees and the quality an service. BEWARE AND GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

I wanted to like this place and try something new, but the counter girl was so rude! The place was empty and she acted like she had no time to answer a few questions (in Spanish, I might add). She made me very uncomfortable with her attitude and I will never return. The coffee was also loaded with sugar, blechh

Was so disappointed to see they no longer produce and bake their own Cuban bread. Now it's that frozen mass produced bread they bake just like Publix. Which isn't authentic old school type Cuban bread. Also my husband got a Señorita and after the first bite spit it out. He said it was old and tasted like the refrigerator. I also ordered a papa rellena and the oil used to fry tasted weird. I ended up throwing away everything else we ordered.

The worst egg ham and cheese breakfast sandwich ever. The bread was rock hard the sandwich/bread fell apart with the first bite. I was in my car. So I went back in. I was than told that they used fresh bread and that fresh bread that comes out the oven is hard lol. Looks more like they put older bread in the plancha/toaster and burnt the bread. And the worker says she has 20yr experience lol also if the bread was fresh out the oven like worker says than why put it in a toaster to heat up. They should not try and run game when it just make them sound stupid. Ps also made a mess of crumbs in my car and when I said I now have to now vacuum it I was told to enjoy. Some customer service. I did nothing wrong and I'm told to enjoy lol. I am a business owner and I know better than that. Hope they learn something to avoid any further customer dissatisfaction.
