This was the first restaurant in the United States, where everything was in Spanish. I know every customer and the service was in Spanish, but we spoke enough Spanish, and they spoke English that we were able to order.
The ambiance at Colina was exceptional, creating a welcoming atmosphere for diners. The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The food, for the most part, was excellent, with standout dishes that impressed. However, the sardine dish fell short of expectations, as the canned sardines lacked flavor.

The food is really good, I am Cuban and I love Venezuelan cuisine and here is one of the best places I have ever tasted. The service is wonderful, Sebastian and Natalia are super cool and very attentive. Super recommended
