I asked for a stuffed potato at the cafeteria and they gave it to me frozen! Literal! Not cold! Frozen! I ordered a pan with suckling pig and they brought me one with steak. And I leave you a photo (sorry for that) but it was more skin than meat. And they took too long!!! And it didn't arrive hot either. Very bad experience to be the first (and only) in this place! Make sure to check your bill. They charge tip then give you another bill without the tip included. Those women will hustle youIn respone to your response my review is actually very true. PLEASE ASK YOUR HUSBAND whom stopped me outside regarding my comment of double tipping. i am not an idiot and a service charge is normal but a service charge and an UNAUTHORIZED tip are not the same. They swapped out my receipt. Your husband actually called their attention infront of me and took pictures of my receipts. Becareful your illegal employees might be robbing you. There will never be a next time i wouldnt even eat there if it was free.

I was working in the area and decided I wanted some Cuban food I was pleasantly surprised with this place the food was outstanding and my waitress Marilyn gave great service. I had the breaded steak with Salad and Plantains I really recommend this place is under new management in the last three months.

These people are overcharging , they don’t honor prices in the menu, they automatically add a 25 % tip and they don’t put it in the ticket, and ask later for extra tip , for 17$ plate I end up paying 26$ still don’t know how
