Today June 5 at around 8 pm I visited La Leonesa and ordered a service of roast chicken with green slices and a cheese without gallopinto or rice, the total was USD$15.50 and I asked the saleswoman to add a piece of beef. pork and she answers me "of course yes, only the value of the piece of meat is USD$12 dollars" to which I tell her not to sell it to me and she tells me that the whole piece is worth 14, so the next time I arrive I will buy the gallopinto and the slices that only cost 2 dollars. According to my calculations, I think the cost that I have been told is a lot. I will leave it to each person's reasoning. Thank you

Sadly the food is not what it used to be, it taste old and rotten. The meat was under cooked, salad raste acidic like going bad. Normally I would take my leftovers home but it's so bad it could give me food poisoning.

Food is good. Very limited seating. Just like 6 chairs. Mostly take out. Only real complain is you cant have the green plantain chips as any of your two sides that come with most dishes. You have to buy the extra side order. Lots of other places around let you have it included as a side dish.Parking: Parking its in the back. Limited entrance and exit. Mostly northbound through 12 ave. Lots of traffic to go in and out.
