My friends and I had lunch at a restaurant and were disappointed with the service we received. When we arrived, there was nobody to greet us and we had to wait for around 10 minutes before a member of staff appeared and said: "Sit anywhere you like". We ordered two pizzas, but unfortunately, both were below par. One was raw, and the other was rushed and tasted disgusting. When it came to paying the bill, the waitress charged my card twice without informing me. The first transaction went through fine, but the second was denied. She then showed me the denied receipt asking me to pay with a different card, and once again charged me for the meal, including the tip, again, which was already included in the total price. We were not happy with the food and service we received and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Really unprofessional to mark a Togo order as being ready by 5:06am I arrive and tell you I’m there at 5:03am. The order still isn’t ready by 5:18am. At this point you are cutting into my money I don’t appreciate that at all. I won’t be back. Next time if you expect an order to take that long indicate that don’t waste my time having me standing there looking crazy.

They have great empandas, when theyre actually cooked right. To preface this I live right next to the place and have ordered frequently before. Whenever I order an empanada it always comes out after at least 15 mins and sometimes isn't even cooked as the girl behind the register hands me the check and slams the section for the tip numerous times with her hands. They will always do this with everything. Slam their hands for the tip and walk off without eye contact. Most of their food isn't that great so their marked up prices definitely aren't worth it especially during the day with latin sabor right across the street. If the service wasn't so slow, rude, and unattentive then perhaps I'd be much more of a regular customer and actually recommend this place to people.

I don’t know why they call it authentic Cuban cuisine. They charged me 15 dollars for a personal size pizza and you are on with that
