We waited over an hour and forty minutes for our food, which was extremely disappointing. The service was slow. While the food was decent, it was nothing special and certainly did not justify the long wait. Overall, the experience felt unnecessarily delayed from start to finish.

I used to really like this place, which makes this even more disappointing. The food is fine, but it’s very expensive for what they actually offer. They’ve recently raised their prices even more, and it was already pricey before. The increase feels completely unjustified given the quality. Sadly, it’s no longer worth it and I won’t be coming back.

I had a very disappointing experience at LPM.
I arrived at my 8:45 pm reservation at 8:30 pm and was told the table was not ready. The hostess at the desk was not helpful at all, and her customer service was among the worst I’ve experienced.
At 8:45 pm, I asked to speak with the manager, Esteban Preciado. He approached me with a poor attitude from the start, avoided eye contact, and was clearly not interested in resolving the situation. When I pointed out his attitude, the conversation went nowhere since I stopped it inmediatelly.
The restaurant itself felt completely chaotic. By 9:00 pm, there was still no table available, so I decided to leave.
Overall, the lack of organization and extremely poor customer service were shocking. LPM was a huge disappointment and felt more like a food truck operation than a restaurant of this caliber.

We asked medium rare for lamp chops but received almost burned, gnocchi was cooked second time by the chef’s decision but again wasn’t satisfied, escargots was ok but definitely not the best l have ever had. The original server was very slow and we had to constantly remind him to bring the drinks etc. After his shift finished, the others were very good.
LPM has been on my list for years! Finally had the blessing of stopping by with some good friends and had an excellent time. The ambiance, dim lighting and visually pleasing decor started the night off well. We were warmly greeted and taken care of by Ms Debra and she made the perfect suggestions. The langoustines, potatoes, tenderloin, duck- all was excellent. Many thanks LPM- God Bless this place!!! 10/10

Incredible meal! The Bon tai and tomatini were delicious. The shrimp appetizer was cooked perfectly and so much flavor in the sauce. The yellowtail carpaccio was amazing. Loved the sea bream with fennel, the duck ravioli and the potato gratine. Dessert was not to be outdone. The cheesecake and the creme brûlée were somehow light and rich. The pistachio cake was so intensely pistachio. An amazing meal.

LPM has been on my list for years! Finally had the blessing of stopping by with some good friends and had an excellent time.
