They’re amazing at vending For someone who travels all over for music festivals this was by far the best “vendor food” I’ve had in my entire experience working in it

We visited the Christmas Wonderland with my family hoping to enjoy a nice time together and some good food. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of eating at Picaña Grill. First, our food took an incredibly long time to come out. Then, they gave our order to someone else, meaning they had to remake it — which also took far too long. The staff member didn’t apologize, didn’t try to speed things up, and didn’t offer a refund or any attempt to make things right. After all of that, we ended up waiting about 45 minutes for a very mediocre smash burger. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and we wouldn’t recommend this place.

This place at the miami book fair 2025 Sunday November 23, we ordered the parrilla Picasa and paid $33 for 4 tiny pieces of beef, 2 tiny chorizo, tiny queso frito, 3 very small tostones. This is ridiculous. And the girl taking the order was so rude.

On October 18th I saw there Instagram ad, so I decided to stop at the new location on Sw 8 ST and 98th Ave, which happens to be less than .5 miles from my house. Unfortunately the food was horrible, the meat was cold and hard, and the chicken was extremely hard, not to mention the salad was spoiled.. As a meat lover I noticed that all the meats are precooked since early in the morning, and all they do is reheat it as soon as customers order, there is no way that in less than 5 minutes you can have a freshly cooked chicken and picana.. I would not recommend the location I visited.. Horrible first experience and $60.00 thrown away… 😡

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was a huge disappointment. Despite having high expectations, we were consistently neglected by the staff. Orders were slow to arrive, and it took an inordinate amount of time to get anyone's attention.
NEVER GOT FOOD after 1.5 hrs and just left.
Perhaps additional training or staffing adjustments could improve the experience. Until then, it's a shame, given the potential of the establishment.

It’s in an industrial plaza so we weren’t sure we were in the correct place at first - but the food was amazing. They don’t have alcohol (which is not a problem for us but maybe for some).
We had the picaña tacos and the platter for 2. Very tasty.
