Great drinks, good energy, and excellent happy hour. They have changed the happy from daily to Wed-Fri. That's unfortunate, but the food is really good and authentic.

Had the Queso frito w/ Guava sauce as an appetizer and the pastelon w/ arroz con gandules as my entré . Both were very good! My only complaint is that I ordered a 3 leches to go and couldnt enjoy it ?when it finally came time for me to eat it, my first spoon full was a whole lot of spoiled milk ?. I'm hoping it was just a one off , but ofher wise i'll deff be avoiding this dessert next time .

The most delicious Mofongo I have ever had, churrasco also very delicious!! Sitting outside, the cool breeze and wonderful music....we felt like we were somewhere else on vacation on an island!!! Love this place, food is delicious, drinks are delicious all with nice presentation...best of all the service!!!! The best of the best!! I love the colors and flag on the building, it was easy to find the restaurant as we were bumper to bumper in traffic. We were able to spot it right away and so happy we did!! Thank you and continue the fight!! I hope you stay!!!!

Went to celebrate my step moms birthday at one of our favorite spots. Food was overly salty. Server was lost half the time. But it is what it is. I was thinking of taking my girls there in a few weeks but probably won't. I'll try it again some other time.

Great place in general. My date was Puerto Rican and she said it was pretty good. We started with mojitos and they were great! The alcapurrias were ok but not great according to her. The Mofongo with Ropa Vieja was our favorite. Great dish! Great flavors! The tembleque dessert was also delicious. The service was slightly off with issues with placing our order on time and bringing us water which was forgotten. I will return gladly. I'd love to give it five stars!

La Placita on Sunday afternoon will fill your spirits up. Great ambiance, music and food. The reservation with open table App was not received (even with the confirmation number they send me). Anyway the restaurant personnel was so nice and professional that they got me a table. They made us feel in the best family ambiance.

I love good Puerto Rican food but this place was a bit expensive for what you get. Service is ok, portions are VERY small. The atmosphere is good and the music and vibe is also Decent. Waiter was ok, didn't speak much, but attentive in some ways. The shrimp mofongo was good, but a bit small for the price. ( taste wise it was decent, nothing special ). I had the Puerto Rican Beer it was nice and cold! The alcapurrias were pretty good, nicely fried.

Super cute location. I really enjoyed the mofongo experience for two. It samples The best of their mofongos pork, ropa vieja, shrimp, chicken etc. very delicious. The food came out quickly and it hit the spot. Lots of outdoor seating area. The bathrooms are so cute like the yunque rainforest themed. I feel like I just took a quick trip to PR and back. Open a Medalla and of course Bad Bunny was playing on the speakers. Nice!!!

Loved it! Came in from out of town and had never tried Puerta Rican food before. We wanted to try something new. Very good choice for my husband and me. The food was awesome, the service was great! The flan was outstanding! Loved it!

The food is awful. It has no taste, burnt and extremely poor quality. Please save your time and hard earned money, and utmost important believe the negative reviews. Do not take multiple bites of the food as they will try to charge you full price or give you a minimal discount. We tried the ceviche, tripleta empanadas, alcapurrias and mofongo with pork chunks. All were HORRIBLE!

My boyfriend and I can for a Saturday lunch. The place is delicious and the decor is amazing. Definitely give you the feel as if you were in Puerto Rico. We both had the Mofongo Experience and it was delicious but my favorite was the hummus. So taste and seasoned to perfection. Will definitely come again. The service was great as well.

Went to dinner with family and friends. Party of 5, right before a play at the Arscht Center. Food was delicious and service too. We had the sampler appetizer; it had something for everyone. The mofongo with pork was soft and delicious. I had the octopus with tostones since I was feeling a little full from the appetizers and let me tell you it did not disappoint. Our waitress was very nice and careful of our reservations for the show. We eat with plenty of time and felt relax with her service. Will definitely go back.
