I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent purchase and the subsequent customer service experience I encountered today, Sunday. As a consistent patron who regularly purchases your pastelitos de guayaba, I feel it is important to bring this to your attention.
This morning, I purchased ten pastelitos de guayaba, which we typically enjoy as a weekly tradition. However, upon returning home and tasting them, we found that the pastelitos possessed an unusual and unappetizing flavor, rendering them unsuitable for consumption. The quality was terrible.
Immediately I contacted your bakery to explain the situation and inquire about the possibility of an exchange for a fresh one. The employee who answered my call was unhelpful and dismissive. When I explained that the product was unsatisfactory, I was informed that an exchange was not possible as the items had already left the Bakery. Despite my clarification that the quality defect was only apparent upon consumption at home, this stance was maintained in what I perceived to be an unprofessional manner. My request to speak with a manager or owner to resolve this matter was also met with the response that no one was available. But I heard in the back someone telling the employee to tell me that there was none one.
This experience, encompassing both the significant decline in product quality and the unsatisfactory customer service, is deeply concerning. As a loyal customer, I value both the product and the service provided. This incident has unfortunately led me to question the consistent standards of Suiza Bakery.
I have never have such a bad experience. I have been a costumer of Suiza bakery for many years, since I was 17 years old and now I am on my 40s and I have never have such a bad experience :( I uploaded a picture so you guys can see. I couldn't enjoy my Pastelitos :(

what a total and complete disappointment ! la suiza used to be top 5 bakery in quality pastries specially , after many years i went back and had 2 decent meat pastries , 4 Horrible yellow Filo guava pastries , 1 Horrible cream cheese and guava pastry , 1 horrible Eclair, and some horrible extra Dry dry Guava and Coconut sweet flat pastries......i also bough a cuban bread that was great!!! ...im guessing either the original owners retired or sold or their kids took over and they don't have clue what a common good guava pastry tastes like.......funny thing is we went all the way from west pembroke pines where we have 3 solid , good bakery s to see if there was someone better than Vicky bakery , la carreta miramar and la carreta university...but guess what? there was not....
