Staff needs to learn how to speak and deal with customers. Order was called in, once there to pick up order not ready. We were told we were lying about calling in order andcyold to check our phone bc we ordered somewhere else???

I ordered from this place for lunch. I had ordered the fish filet, salad, yellow rice and tostosnes. The fish was disgusting. It was really salty and under fried. The lettuce was brown and soggy.. The only thing i enjoyed from my meal were the tostosnes. Not to mention it cost me $20. Ill never return to this place again

Customer service was a ZERO star at 5:15pm, Wednesday (August 4, 2021). Nobody understood English, nobody seemed to care if i walked out without ordering food, and after i paid, i asked for a receipt and the Cashier said "no receipt, no receipt". I waited for my receipt before leaving. The Lady who brought the food said the total was $15., and that's what the Cashier charged me, but she wrote $14., on the receipt. I didn't argue, i just paid the $15., and left with my food.

Honestly I really don't like saying anything negative but this place isn't the same as it was a few years ago the place needs some serious work and some major cleaning all around the food was extremely bland and didn't have much flavor to the yuca it was more water down no flavor to it the meat was so much better the rice was okay but many years ago this place had the most mouth watering food but now it went down hill PLUS THE LADIES BASICALLY FORCED ME FOR A TIP I ONLY DID IT BECAUSE SHE WAS SOME WHAT A DECENT SERVER OTHER THEN THAT THEY WOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN NOTHING OUT OF ME.

This is our 2nd time eating their chicken and both times me and my fiancé got food poisoning! Do not recommend they touch the food with their hands and the place is filthy!
