I recently moved back to Miami and I was SO EXCITED to get my free bubble tea as promised by this “Bubble tea time card” I had saved from when I lived here years ago where you’d accumulate stamps every time you bought a bubble tea from the bubble tea window. As you can see, I’m due for a free one; I have already purchased a total of 20 bubble teas per this card. No where on this card is there an expiration date. I went today to redeem my rightly deserved bubble tea, but the guy working the window didn’t know what this was. I asked him if he could speak with the owner to at least honor this free drink and I can just forget about filling up the last column. He spoke with the manager instead as the owner wasn’t in. The manager spoke with me and then I asked her to please talk with the owner. She said she reached out to the owner, Pamela, and the owner was saying I had to buy something in order to get a free bubble tea. That wasn’t the agreement on this card. I understand this loyalty card is no longer used and I accepted the fact that I can’t use the last column, but the least they can do is honor this promise. I am highly disappointed with the customer service I received. I truly was so excited to finally have bubble tea from this place again, but I can’t support a restaurant that lacks integrity and doesn’t fulfill their promise.
