LandShark Bar & Grill - Miami Bayside

Unpopular opinion… went here Friday night 730. Place was empty inside. One other table and no one even sitting at bar. Waited longer then should have had to wait for even be asked what we would like for drinks. Two of us ordered the fish and chips which came out looking like fish sticks and were disgusting. One of us ordered seafood sample that came with fish and chips and coconut shrimp and fried shrimp which was also all disgusting and I ordered a burger and fries which burger wasn’t bad but fries tasted like fried in dirty grease. Went to pay bill and was charged for more drinks than we ordered. Instead of taking drinks off check the waiter took cash out of his wallet and said is this good? Waiter at that point was sweating and seemed so nervous it was odd behavior. Asked for waiter to break $100 bill he initially left and then came back asked if we needed any boxes and we had to ask for the 100 we gave him he then said oh sorry and took it out of his pocket and went to get change he then came back and said bar tenders really busy (again place was dead) can you cash this somewhere else? We said ok and left. The service here was just off and I don’t know what was going on but something wasn’t right. Will not go here again. Everywhere else bayside was busy but this place.

Hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had. Husband said his fish and chips were mediocre. Almost 5 bucks for a kids orange juice is insane. Knocked off one star cus it took so long to get ahold of our waiter

This was a nice restaurant in a great location! We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed a view of the water while eating.

The food was pretty good! Not the greatest I've had, but still quite tasty!

The service was also very good.

Just a tourist trap, they offer a happy hour from 3pm to 6pm with cocktails for 8 dollars, but in reality they only bring sugar water with ice and lime. There are many other places in the area that are worth trying even if the prices are higher

The food was really bad! It was not what appeared in the photos, we were 6 people and we all left the plate! Totally wrong! My food was like thawed and had a lot of liquid and a terrible taste, we were all sick to our stomachs after leaving there! I don't recommend going to this place

I leave 1 star because I can't leave less, of all the bayside we chose the worst place with the worst service to eat. DISASTROUS. Nobody ate.

👎👎 Bad, I don't recommend this place.. very bad food, we returned all the food, we only had the drinks and they still charged us for the full bill and services, we will not return. One star because you can't do less.

Pricing is not inline with serving size. I got the martini which was 6oz maybe and $16. The beer, again WAY over priced for the amount. Kids chicken strips are very seasoned, making them not kid friendly. Fries are great and so are the in-house cooked chips. Drinks are not bottomless. While our server was pleasant the food was very slow…and I mean slow and it was not busy. They add on the gratuity without posting they do and it was 18%!!!!!! Will not go back and will not recommend!!

Adding auto gratuity for 2 people and on top of it asking for tips is a rip off. Food was average. Tacos were burnt. Avoid this place.

Sunday night after a Miami Heat game. One of the few places that was not crowded. There was a group of 4 of us sat at the bar. Asked to turn the Bills-Ravens game on and that was like a big request. The bartender was non-engaging, not existence for the most part. My hamburger although stated that all burgers are cooked Medium Rear, this one was more to the rear than medium. Not being from Miami, I was surprised to see a serve tip already on my tab. 20% for service that didn't deserve half of that amount. Anyways, I would go to the other spots, if you are at Bayside.

The staff is lovely, but the kitchen needs to be reviewed. Greasy burgers, sincerely make an effort, it's really not good for your health. And the prices are really too expensive for the quality. Disappointed...

I went here yesterday night. The prices are a bit outrageous for a MEDIOCRE seafood steam pot, burgers, and tacos…. $23 for 3 tacos?? The drinks are great. The place was clean and empty but the floors were weirdly sticky, like EVERYWHERE. The server was Ton Ton. Like the food, he was also mediocre at best. I had the 5 o’clock somewhere (alcoholic beverage) my fave thing I ordered from there!! The bartender, Kassie was amazing.
