Ordered what I was told was an apple pastry, but got a cold, hard guava pastry instead. Pastries should be served fresh, not stiff and cold. The display was pretty, though I can’t speak to the taste of the rest of the items in display

I love this bakery. The service can be a bit slow sometimes, but that doesn’t take away from how delicious the food and pastries are. Everything is excellent! Their empanadas are also very tasty.
Thank you to all the employees who are in the kitchen early in the morning to bring us fresh bread and food to enjoy at home.
Keep it up, and I hope you continue improving every day!

I truly wonder how this establishment continues to attract customers; it seems the only thing people appreciate is the bread. The prices do not reflect the quality of the food served. The empanadas used to be significantly larger, but now they are both smaller and pricier. I can't fault the service staff for their slow pace, considering they have to take and prepare each order individually. It appears to me that the owner is reluctant to hire additional staff to manage the operations effectively. In my view, this place used to be a fantastic destination, but it is rapidly declining.

Didn't wait to eat. Walked in to a huge line, empty tables and employees standing around chatting. One cashier no smile, welcome, acknowledgement. Service and simple manners are important. Didn't eat there. Do better.

First time and last time. We didn’t get to try the food, we walked out. Their service sucked!

Everything was great. I just dont understand why I can't tip my server from my credit card. This is poor ownership. You have employees working hard and offering a service and they cant be compensated correctly for it. The ownership/management needs to do something about this. This is basically stealing from your employees. Do better.

Service was disappointing. They kicked us out because they were closing (before the actual closing time), we couldn’t finish up our coffee. They had no problem to charge us but then they were “closed” and told us twice we had to leave. Atmosphere was depressing. Never coming back.

Was in line for 45 minutes by the time it was my turn they didn’t have any bread, rosquitas, empanadas basically nothing it was 10 am. the line was crazy people that new someone in the line cut in front of them people started arguing it became a shit show with kids and everyone there.
Today I came in ready to pick up an order that I had made days before. However, as I was picking up my order. The lady tells me that she doesn't have the 3 boxes of alfajores that I had ordered. She instead informs me that she only has 1 box. I think it was very unprofessional to not have informed me beforehand especially because I had pre-ordered the alfajores.
10 min line to order,,, not enought people workigng for such high demand of customers.
They are super slow, and they do like 20 things at a time and finished none. If you want to come to, please come 3 days in advance!!!
Ladies and gentlemen. Do not waste your time coming to this once hidden gem. I walk in today. This heavyset woman was just saying bye to a client. There’s nobody else in the store but me and my girlfriend. She looks at us and doesn’t even acknowledge us. She starts making coffee for herself. Other people walked in the store and everybody from the back would come out from The back to the front of the store and not say a word to any one of us. No one addressed us or acknowledged us. It became very uncomfortable after a while. It was so bad that after waiting for about almost 11 minutes. My girlfriend and I left. With this type of customer service. You’re better off going to Publix where shopping is a pleasure.
The sausage sandwich is very good. I recommend the pionono with Chantilly cream and strawberries. Quiet place for breakfast or lunch.
